TOKYO, December 12, 2014 - Pasona will conduct a seminar on risk management of oversea corporations, Preventing Fraud Abroad: Compliance Seminar on Thursday, December 18th in Tokyo targeting mainly those in charge of HR and Compliance at companies.
As Japanese companies globalize their business, risks are elevating due to different laws and tax regulations in each country. Visualizing possible risks as well as training expat and local staff, establishing a structure to prevent such risks is an important challenge companies are facing.
At the seminar, Pasona will review case studies of Japanese companies regarding compliance especially in ASEAN and introduce the current situation and strategies. The Company will also provide information on income tax and how to avoid common mistakes.
