The history of job creation at the Pasona Group begins in 1976, in a small room of a building in Osaka's Minamimori-Machi district with a mission: "To provide opportunities for women re-entering the work force to find satisfying and rewarding jobs, using their proven talents and skills."
This moment of inspiration brought about the concept of "temporary staffing." Currently a vital part of our employment structure, temporary staffing provides employment opportunities for a variety of people.
