Beyond Business, the Warmth of Genuine Opportunity

Pasona believes in people. We aim to create opportunities for all people to demonstrate their individual abilities and talents. By holding fast to this social mission, the Pasona Group has been a pioneer in corporate citizenship in various areas, including supporting those with disabilities, and participating in cultural and artistic events and international exchanges.

The Art Village Project

We help promote greater participation in society of people with disabilities through the medium of art, based on the idea that "talent knows no handicap." We provide opportunities for the creation of jobs and employment of individuals with artistic talent as part of our work to help ensure that disabled individuals can share in work and communication with society as a whole.

A Tempo

We provide performance opportunities for young musicians, and have encouraged a new style in corporate cultural activities through our involvement in the production of premier classical concerts and musical performances. We have also established a program called "Pasona Charity Seats," which enables people who need special support to attend sponsored musicals and dramatic performances.

Pasona International Exchange Program

Each year, we invite university students and graduate students from the United States and Asia to Japan, to deepen mutual understanding and international exchange. Nearly 300 students have taken part in internships at Japanese companies since 1988. Many of these students have expressed a desire to continue their relationship with Japan, including working at Japanese companies after graduation.

Thank You Fund and the Angel Tennis Cup

Pasona Group employees and staff contribute annually to a social contribution and welfare fund by offering donations, and collecting used stamps and prepaid telephone cards. Each year, the money is donated to various volunteer organizations. In 2000, a new school building was presented as a gift to a Chinese elementary school.
The Angel Tennis Cup, a wheelchair tennis tournament intended to enable individuals with and without disabilities to engage in sports together, is held annually in the Tokyo and Kansai regions. Each year, more than a hundred employees participate as volunteers, along with the support of various companies.
