Pasona to support Pan-Asian MBA talents and new graduates' job-hunting in US
Recruiting Companies and Students to Attend Career Exposition "Asian MBA"

TOKYO, August 7, 2015 - Pasona N A, Inc. starts to accept applications from companies wishing to exhibit booths as well as job seekers for "Asian MBA INTERNATIONAL" which will be held on Friday, October 16th, Saturday, October 17th in New York.

Since 2009, "Asian MBA INTERNATIONAL" has been the biggest job fair which gathers pan-Asian graduates from universities in the US and professionals with MBA degrees in the US. Recently, Japanese companies expanding their global business are looking for graduates with language skills and management related knowledge with the potential to work actively internationally.

Pasona N A has been working on matching graduates from universities in the US with Japanese companies who participate in this event, and will start to accept applications from companies and job seekers for the event of 2015. For the participating companies, Pasona N A takes charge of preparing the event, contacting with organizers, assisting operation on the day, and conducting actual employment activity, in order to fully support companies who aim to hire outstanding Pan-Asian professionals with a MBA degree and new college graduates.

Last year, over 3,000 job seekers participated and 70 global companies conducted corporate seminars and interviews aiming to hire qualified candidates. This year, it mainly focuses on bachelor's degree acquisitors (pre-acquisitors as well) on the first day, and the second day is primarily for MBA talents.

Furthermore, the Company also welcomes Japanese companies operating in China, and will provide HR support to hire excellent Chinese students.

Through this service, Pasona N A hopes to not only provide cross border HR services, but also offer career support for those with prospects of a global career.
