Regional representatives and experts share current HR trends in North America & Asia
Pasona Global HR Seminar on Friday, Jan. 16

TOKYO, December 24, 2014 - Pasona will conduct a seminar on hiring and HR market trends in North America and Asia, Global HR Seminar, on Friday, January 16, 2015 in Tokyo targeting mainly Japanese companies considering expanding overseas.
As Japanese companies expand their business abroad, challenges they face vary from hiring, HR regulations, training, payroll management, to accounting. Desired solutions differ for each case since laws, employee's career values, and HR market differ in each country/region.
The Global HR Seminar will be comprised of 2 parts; North America as the theme for Part 1 (am) and Asia for Part 2 (pm). Pasona's oversea representatives and managers will present each area's latest HR trends, how to venture into that region as well as case studies.
