TOKYO, October 3, 2014- Pasona Taiwan and Chunghwa Benefit One will conduct the Japanese Manager Seminar on Friday, October 24th. The seminar will target mainly Japanese managers at Japanese companies operating in Taiwan and provide participants with information on severance payment as well as advice on HR systems that will elevate local staff's motivation and engagement.
Many Japanese companies operating in Taiwan are reevaluating the company's HR system in which some cases, the system is outdated since time has passed since the company first began its business in Taiwan. More companies are implementing programs to create a better working environment and to meet the career visions of its' local employees. The aim is to improve employees' retention.
At the Japanese Manager Seminar, details of Taiwan's severance payment as well as the Incentive Point service which provides "points" to employees with strong performance will be introduced. The Incentive Point service allows employees to exchange points to products and services of their choice. This program improves employees' engagement as well as foster loyalty to the company. At the seminar, personnel from the HR department at Works Applications which has implemented various systems to promote employees' satisfaction will give a speech as well.
