CAPLAN (Thailand) holds “Omotenashi Training Seminar”

TOKYO, October 28, 2016- CAPLAN (Thailand) Co., Ltd. offers training services across Thailand and other ASEAN countries, and will be holding an “Omotenashi Training Seminar” in Bangkok on Wednesday, November 9th, in order to teach the spirit of “omotenashi” to local Thai employees and HR representatives of Japanese companies expanding into Thailand.

Omotenashi refers to the traditional Japanese service philosophy of selfless hospitality and utmost respect. And with the rapid economic development of ASEAN nations, omotenashi has been gaining attention as an answer to the corresponding need for business skills regarding cooperation among people with diverse values from all over the world, and welcoming foreign visitors.

Through the “Omotenashi Training Seminar”, HR representatives and employees will experience the “Omotenashi Training” services provided by CAPLAN (Thailand).
