Temporary Center Inc. established in Kita-ku, Osaka-shi to undertake temporary staffing as its main business.
November 1976
Tokyo Office set up in Hatchobori, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
July 1977
Osaka Headquarters moved to Itoman Bldg., Honcho, Higashi-ku, Osaka-shi, to cope with the expansion in operations.
July 1978
Tokyo Office moved to the Nippon Press Center Bldg., Uchisaiwai-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, as business expanded; became the Tokyo Headquarters.
November 1983
Temporary Center Okayama Inc. (currently Pasona Okayama Inc.) established in Okayama-shi as an area franchise of the temporary staffing service.
April 1984
Osaka Headquarters moved to Nakanoshima Nichimen Bldg., Kita-ku, Osaka-shi, following an expansion in operations.
August 1984
Temporary Center Kyoto Inc. (currently Pasona Kyoto Inc.) established in Kyoto-shi as an area franchise of the temporary staffing service.

Temporary Center Nakakyushu Inc. (currently Pasona Nakakyushu Inc.) established in Kumamoto-shi as an area franchise of the temporary staffing service.

NS Personnel Service Co., Ltd. (currently Pasona Sourcing Inc.) established through capital participation in a temporary staffing subsidiary of the Nippon Steel Group.

Temporary Sunrise Inc. established in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, to promote employment of personnel with disabilities.

Childcare International Inc. (currently Pasona Foster Inc.), a management agency for corporate childcare centers, established.

Human Resources Exchange System Inc. (currently Pasona career Inc.) established to offer outplacement service to promote flexibility in the labor market through temporary transfers to non-affiliated companies.

Windows Rescue Dept. (currently Pasona Tech, Inc.) created within Pasona Inc. to offer temporary staffing of gWindowsh PC specialists.

Female University Student Support Project created to provide support to unemployed female university graduates amid severe employment conditions. Business Intern System (currently Pasona Youth) launched to offer training on required office skills such as PC operation and to provide internships at companies.

Special Senior Worker Temporary Staffing Service (currently Senior/Business Talent Bank Team at Pasona Inc.) established to develop employment opportunities for senior personnel over 60.

Business Coop. Inc. (currently Benefit One Inc.) established to offer outsourcing services for corporate employee benefit programs.

Mac Rescue Dept. (currently Pasona Tech Inc.) created at Pasona Inc. to offer temporary staffing of gMacintoshh PC specialists.

Pasona Foster Inc. established to undertake personnel training and staffing in the nursing area.

Pasona Sunrise Inc. obtained operational rights from former Pasona Inc.,(currently Nambu Enterprisel, Inc.) changed corporate name to Pasona Inc.;

Pasona Inc. is listed on the Nasdaq Japan stock market. (currently Nippon New Market - "Hercules")

Osaka Toshiba Management Center Co., Ltd, becomes a subsidiary following the assumption of new shares, and the business name changed to Pasona Empower Inc.

e-staffing Co., Ltd. becomes an equity method affiliate following a joint investment with Tempstaff Co., Ltd. and Recruit Staffing Co., Ltd., that gave Pasona an interest in the e-staffing Co., Ltd. subsidiary.

Kansai Koyo Soushutsu Kiko (Kansai Employment Creation Organization Inc.) established through joint funding with major regional firms. The company will act as a sort of personnel gbridge bank,h linking small and medium-sized enterprises who lack personnel, and skilled middle-aged and older candidates with experience at major firms.

Pasona Inc. established Pasona Logicom Inc, a company providing outsourcing services for distribution contracting, including distribution functions.

Pasona Inc. acquires the stock of Sumitomo Metal Industries, Ltd.'s temporary staffing subsidiary Con-Be, Inc. creating Pasona Inc.'s subsidiary currently known as Pasona Sparkle Inc.
