MSCI Japan Equity ESG Select Leaders Index

An index created by Morgan Stanley Capital International, Inc. of the United States. The index is constructed by selecting companies with relatively high ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) ratings in their respective industries from among stocks listed in Japan.

An index created by global index provider FTSE Russell, The index is designed to be sector-neutral, reflecting the relative performance of Japanese companies with superior ESG performance in each sector.

S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index

An environmental equity index jointly developed by the Japan Exchange Group and S&P Dow Jones Indexes.
The index determines the weighting of its constituent stocks by focusing on the status of environmental information disclosure and the level of carbon efficiency (carbon emissions per net sales).

Selected jointly by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Tokyo Stock Exchange, this designation recognizes companies that approach employee health management from a strateg ic business perspective and demonstrate particularly outstanding health management practices.
