FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index

An index created by global index provider FTSE Russell, The index is designed to be sector-neutral, reflecting the relative performance of Japanese companies with superior ESG performance in each sector.

FTSE Blossom Japan Index

S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index

An environmental equity index jointly developed by the Japan Exchange Group and S&P Dow Jones Indexes.
The index determines the weighting of its constituent stocks by focusing on the status of environmental information disclosure and the level of carbon efficiency (carbon emissions per net sales).

JPX-Nikkei Index Human Capital 100

Pasona Group Inc. has been selected for the “JPX-Nikkei Index Human Capital 100,” in which JPX Research Institute and Nikkei Inc. score companies' comprehensive human capital initiatives and select the top 100 constituents.

CDP

Pasona Group Inc. has achieved "B" rating—the third-highest score—in the "Climate Change Report 2025" published by the international environmental nonprofit organization CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project).

KENKO Investment for Health

Pasona Group Inc. has been selected for the "KENKO Investment for Health 2026," jointly selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Tokyo Stock Exchange, as a company that approaches employee health management from a management perspective and practices particularly outstanding health management. This selection for the "KENKO Investment for Health" marks the second consecutive year and the third time overall.

Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health

Pasona Group companies have been certified under the “Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health” as follows.

*The Certified KENKO Investment for Health Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program system was established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and is certified by the Japan Health Council.

Digital Transformation Stocks

Pasona Group Inc. has been selected for the “Digital Transformation Stocks (DX) 2026” , which is jointly selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan. The DX Stocks program recognizing companies that are driving digital transformation (DX) by fundamentally transforming their business models and other operations based on digital technology, thereby driving new growth and strengthening their competitiveness.

Next Nadeshiko: Companies Supporting Dual Careers
and Co-parenting

Pasona Group Inc. has been selected as a “Next Nadeshiko: Companies Supporting Dual Careers and Co-parenting” for fiscal year 2025 jointly selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Tokyo Stock Exchange. This program recognizes companies that have demonstrated particularly outstanding initiatives in supporting work-life balance for both men and women, thereby enabling dual-income households and shared parenting.

WELL Certification

In September 2025, Pasona Group Inc. achieved the highest level “Platinum” certification under the international certification system (WELL Building Standard™ v2) for its “PASONA SQUARE” office in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo. This certification focuses on human health and well-being and evaluates the performance of buildings and neighborhood environments.

Eruboshi Certification

Pasona Group Inc., Pasona Inc., Bewith, Inc., and Pasona HS Inc. have been awarded three stars, while Pasona Foster Inc. has been awarded two stars as a company that meets certain standards and that has excellent conditions for the promotion of women's activities in accordance with Japan's Act on the Promotion of Women's Active Engagement in Professional Life.

Kurumin Certification

Pasona Group Inc., Pasona Inc. and Pasona Foster Inc. are certified by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as "companies that support child rearing" under the Law for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation (Kurumin Certification).
