Since our founding in 1976, Pasona Group has held strong to our unwavering corporate philosophy of providing "Solutions to Society’s Problems." The company was founded upon the aspirations of our Founder, Yasuyuki Nambu, who sought to support homemakers' ambitions to return to the workforce, and to eliminate disparities in workplace treatment and employee benefits. Pasona Group has expanded its solutions adapting to changes in society, the economy, and people's values. Our initiatives now span a wide range of industries, proposing new ways of working which allow people with diverse values to thrive, supporting career development, promoting regional revitalization and creating new well-being industries.
In February 2026, Pasona Group marked its 50th anniversary of its founding. The history of challenges we have pursued together with all our stakeholders is our pride. I would like to express my sincere gratitude.
